Shipping & Returns
Please be aware, while a lot of our products may show stock online, there may be cases where an item has gone out of stock or has to come from a supplier. If this is the case, sometimes your item may be delayed. We are normally very informative on shipping times and any delays incurred so please check your emails after ordering.
We have a number of preferred couriers in the UK & Overseas. Normally we stick to DPD, Parcel Force & UPS. Smaller items are normally sent via Royal Mail.
*Free shipping on orders over £100 is eligible within the UK only. Big & bulky items may be subject to postage charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customers are able to request a refund up to 7 days after purchase, provided the product is still in original packaging, undamaged and unused. The customer must pay for the shipping if this is the case. If an item arrives damaged, or is unfit for purpose, there will be a 14 day period in which we will assist in rectifying this problem. If a non-stock item is ordered and the customer requests a refund, there may be a processing charge due to the payment provider charges incurred. Couriers will be arranged to retrieve the damaged item from the customer. If upon review, it is believed the item has been damaged upon installation, we have the right to reject a return.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by parts supplied to car or person(s). Most parts have manufacturer warranties which vary across brands, and will be dealt with on an individual basis.
